Former President Donald Trump’s second indictment in two months includes 38 counts of alleged crimes, along with 31 separate counts of alleged willful retention of national defense information under the Espionage Act, according to a 49-page indictment released Friday by U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) Special Counsel Jack Smith.
