Democrat Gov. Gretchen Whitmer Sues to ‘Keep Abortion Legal’ in Michigan

Gov. Gretchen Whitmer (D) announced Thursday she preemptively filed a lawsuit to make certain women could obtain abortions in Michigan ahead of a key U.S. Supreme Court decision expected this summer.
