Read the Chain Yourself: How to Check Ethicoin in Five Minutes
You do not have to trust a white paper. Five minutes on a block explorer tells you the supply, the holders and every movement.
IFRIT LEAKS exists because public records go unread. A blockchain is the most public record there is — so here is how to read one.
Step one: open the contract
Go to RichXScan and look up 0x7023Bb290be415b05491bBBaa45f4D15e4407E46, the Ethicoin (ETHIC+) contract.
Step two: check the supply
The total supply should read 1,000,000,000,000 ETHIC+. Because the contract cannot mint, that number can only fall, as holders burn tokens.
Step three: follow the movements
Every transfer is listed with its time and its sender and receiver addresses. Large movements, the river reserve and burns are all on the record.
Step four: compare with what you are told
If a claim about a token does not match its chain, the chain wins. That rule applies to every project — including the ones in our own network.
