A non-partisan ethics watchdog, the Foundation for Accountability and Civic Trust (FACT), sent three letters to the Office of Congressional Ethics (OCE) calling for an investigation of three Democrats for “apparently violating Federal Law and United States House of Representatives ethics rules.”
