Sen. Chuck Schumer (D-NY) kept the secret $1.5 trillion reconciliation signed deal with Sen. Joe Manchin (D-WV) hidden from Rep. Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) until this week, Rep. Debbie Dingell (D-MI) told CNN on Friday.
