Matthew Dowd: Red States with 'Lax Gun Laws' Have More Gun Violence

Former Bush strategist and failed Texas Democrat lieutenant gubernatorial candidate Matthew Dowd said Tuesday on MSNBC’s “Deadline” that red states with “lax gun laws” had the most gun violence.
