Mitch McConnell's Top Lieutenant Shifts Blame for GOP Senate Failures 

Sen. Mitch McConnell’s (R-KY) top lieutenant Josh Holmes on Tuesday shifted blame from Senate leadership to Sen. Rick Scott (R-FL) for allowing Democrats to retain control of the Senate.
