On Wednesday’s broadcast of CNN’s “Situation Room,” NIH Director Dr. Francis Collins stated that the clash between Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY) and White House Chief Medical Adviser Dr. Anthony Fauci “could be readily resolved in terms of understanding the meaning
